Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple food & beverage outlets within a high-end hospitality setting. This role calls for a hands-on leader who combines refined hospitality, strong financial acumen, and a passion for food and wine.

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading the front-of-house team, maintaining exceptional guest and client relationships, and ensuring service and quality standards are consistently exceeded.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and multiple F&B outlets, ensuring smooth execution and guest satisfaction
• Partner with culinary and beverage teams to deliver top-quality dining experiences
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, clients, employees, and internal departments
• Manage budgets, P&L, and purchasing in line with financial goals
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to uphold service standards and operational excellence

What we’re looking for:

• 2–4 years of fine dining restaurant management experience
• Comprehensive food and wine knowledge, including pairings and menu collaboration
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience managing budgets, purchasing, and operational systems
• Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management technology
• ServSafe certification preferred
• Associate’s degree or higher in Hospitality or related field preferred
