Accounts Payable Coordinator (Temporary)

Our nonprofit client is seeking a Temporary Accounts Payable Coordinator to support full-cycle accounts payable operations.
Responsibilities
- Process full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice review, coding, approvals, and payments.
- Maintain vendor records and resolve payment inquiries.
- Process transactions in Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT and Great Plains AP .
- Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end close.
- Ensure accurate expense coding and compliance with internal controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 5 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience.
- Experience with Great Plains AP module (required).
- Recent experience with Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT (Expense Management & Accounts Payable modules) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, expense recognition, and cost allocation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cloud-based financial systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
