Assistant, Music Supervision

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join Peloton’s Music Supervision team at our NYC headquarters as an Assistant reporting to the Sr. Manager, Music Supervision (North America). You will play a vital role in driving music discovery, curation, and compliance across all fitness modalities—fueling the soundtrack that inspires millions of members worldwide. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON Partner with Music Supervisors to build, maintain, and refresh playlist tools for instructors, supporting daily programming, signature series, artist-themed rides, and major cultural campaigns (e.g., Pride, Black History Month) Conduct publishing and label audits to determine music rights for featured artists and playlists Coordinate artist/label visits, music playbacks, and partner meetings at Peloton HQ; manage team calendars, document key partner discussions, and stay on the pulse of music industry trends Handle ad-hoc playlist curation requests and design engaging creative assets using Photoshop or Canva YOU BRING TO PELOTON A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Music Business) and a strong understanding of music rights holders, including major, mid-tier, and indie labels and publishers A genre-spanning knowledge of and passion for music, musicians, and live music Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive, forward-thinking approach to managing tight deadlines, complex workflows, and calendars in a fast-paced environment An independent problem-solver with basic design skills (Photoshop/Canva), an eye for detail, and a deep passion for music, pop culture, health, and fitness Outstanding communication skills, a team-first mindset, and full alignment with Peloton’s #TogetherWeGoFar ethos #LI-KN1#LI-Onsite The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, experience and business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
