Hours: Tues-Thurs 9-5
Compensation Range: $20/hr – $27/hr
Job Description:
Provide Tier 1–2 onsite desktop and hardware support for internal users in a professional services environment, ensuring timely and reliable technical assistance.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Provide onsite desktop and hardware support for laptops, desktops, monitors, keyboards, mice, and docking stations

Troubleshoot hardware-related issues such as monitor flickering, cabling, and device connectivity
-
Configure and prepare computers and equipment prior to deployment
-
Address basic WiFi and connectivity issues following proper troubleshooting steps
-
Manage and resolve assigned tickets through ServiceNow
-
Escalate issues when outside scope and collaborate with other IT administrators
-
Work closely with senior IT staff for guidance and task prioritization
-
Deliver high-touch customer service to internal users, including attorneys and senior executives
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
-
3–4 years of experience providing hardware and desktop support
-
Strong customer service mindset with experience supporting professional or executive users
-
Ability to handle difficult or frustrated customers calmly and professionally
-
Hands-on experience with Windows 11 and Office 365
-
Experience working with a ticketing system (ServiceNow preferred)

Strong communication skills and ability to manage up and follow direction
-
Reliable, timely, and comfortable working in high-pressure environments
