Content Design Associate (Multiple Positions)

Responsibilities Develop end-to-end creator partnerships, from sourcing to retention, and propose innovative content design solutions to help creators achieve success on our platform. Conduct market research and analyze user needs and industry trends to shape content delivery and influencer strategy. Support the launch of online campaigns to increase content supply and consumption and improve category awareness. Guide creators on editing posts, including photos and videos, to improve platform content quality and create external facing graphics or visuals. Define key performance metrics to evaluate creators content and performance. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and practices. Prepare reports and discuss campaign strategy recommendations with various internal stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform design decisions and ensure a smooth product development process and high-quality user experience. Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Design, Visual Arts, Advertising, Marketing, English, Communications, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Design, Visual Arts, Advertising, Marketing, English, Communications, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Developing, implementing and tracking creator or partner programs; Account management, including assessing client's or partner's performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and making data-driven decisions to drive account growth; Analyzing and presenting complex data and data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences; Project management, including creating project plans, managing timelines, and coordinating tasks with cross-functional teams; and Conducting market and competitor research to stay up to date about market trends and translating trends to different platforms. Travel Requirement: Domestic travel required up to 5%.
