Mini Ballet Teacher
Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Mini Ballet Teacher. In this role, you will create a joyful and nurturing environment where preschool-aged children can explore dance, develop coordination, and build confidence. Your enthusiasm for early childhood education and ballet will help cultivate a love for dance while fostering essential developmental skills. Responsibilities
- Lead lively ballet classes that incorporate basic dance techniques, creativity, and movement exploration
- Manage classroom behavior with positive reinforcement and effective behavior management strategies
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment that promotes childhood development and self-expression
- Collaborate with parents or guardians to provide updates on children’s progress and address any concerns
Skills
- Strong background in ballet, early childhood education, or preschool experience
- Proven classroom management and behavior management skills suitable for working with young children
- Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and adapting teaching methods for diverse learners
- Ability to work effectively with children, parents, and fellow educators in a team setting
