Facilities Coordinator
Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Facilities Coordinator with our commercial real estate client in New York, NY. This is a 2-month contract with a potential for extension.
Pay: $20.00/hr ; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.
Schedule: Mon – Fri 7AM-4PM EST, potential weekend coverage dependent on event needs that would flex time off during that week | 100% onsite
Description:
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete.
Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:
- Team comprised of office operations – facilities, workplace experience, and events team. Facilities is a key component in ensuring everything runs efficiently for the office employees.
- Client is currently undergoing a renovation project with carpet, patch/paint, and furniture moves. Has high expectations of facilities delivery and ensuring things run smoothly.
Resource's typical working day:
- Vendor coordination, access granting, managing work order ticketing system, preventative maintenance schedules, and updating on project progress
Must Have Skills:
- Tactical thinking, vendor relationships, polished speech and presentation
Nice to have skills:
- Understanding of office operations and impacts of facilities work on occupied spaces
