The foundational responsibility for the team is to use loan domain expertise and understanding of loan market and mechanics to ultimately shape requirements to hand off to more technical teams for development and deployment. We build prompts off our own human understanding of the loan market and execution workflow and explain those aspects to AI to replicate.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and build prompt libraries for loan document extraction use cases

• Contribute to development of AI features that leverage wholesale lending domain knowledge

• Communicate with engineering teams on AI orchestration implementation

• Validate AI outputs against business requirements and regulatory standards

• Contribute to foundational loan capture system redesign effort

• Document AI solution efforts and create stakeholder presentations

Ideal candidate :

• Started in wholesale lending (credit, underwriting, or operations) - 3-5 years

• Pivoted to data/analytics roles within lending - 2-3 years

• Recently gained exposure to AI/ML applications in financial services - 1-2 years (nice to have – not necessarily a primary function in their role)

• Demonstrated curiosity and learning agility in emerging technologies

Recommended Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience
• This position requires excellent analytical and business strategy skills
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to present to business partners and/or leaders to gain approvals
• Project and process management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Experience with a prior focus in financial services analytics
• Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at one time
• Self-starter who also has a demonstrated ability to work successfully in team environment and drive

Education:

• Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$77,280.00 - $115,920.00
