Group Product Manager

We’re seeking a Manager of Agent Product Management <\/b><\/span> — a player\-coach <\/i> who can lead a team of Associate Product Managers (APMs) while staying hands\-on with product delivery. You’ll oversee a group of 5+ high\-performing APMs, set standards for excellence, and scale new operational frameworks across enterprise customers.
<\/p>

This position sits at the intersection of product strategy, customer delivery, and organizational design — ideal for someone with experience in Strategy & Operations <\/b><\/span> , Group Product Management <\/b><\/span> , or Consulting Leadership <\/b><\/span> , who has managed teams and driven execution in complex environments.
<\/p>

You’ll mentor APMs as they develop intelligent agents for key enterprise clients, influence product direction through customer insight, and help shape how the function scales across the business.

What You’ll Do <\/b>
<\/p>

• Lead and coach <\/b><\/span> a team of 5+ APMs building enterprise\-grade AI agents.

• Drive execution <\/b><\/span> across complex customer accounts, helping APMs navigate executive stakeholders, enterprise roadmaps, and AI adoption strategies.

• Establish operational and quality standards <\/b><\/span> , ensuring consistent delivery, documentation, iteration, and internal best practices. <\/span>
  <\/li>
  
  
• Partner cross\-functionally <\/b><\/span> with Product, Engineering, and GTM leadership to translate customer insights into roadmap direction. <\/span>

• Act as a strategic voice <\/b><\/span> on accounts — occasionally stepping in to unblock critical builds, shape product roadmaps, or support executive discussions. <\/span>

  Requirements <\/h3>
  
  

  
  

  
  
  • 8+ years of experience across Product <\/b><\/span> , Strategy & Operations <\/b><\/span> , Consulting <\/b><\/span> , or similar hybrid environments.
    <\/span><\/li>
    
    
  • 2+ years <\/span> managing and developing high\-performing teams <\/b> (5+ reports ideal). <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
    
    
  • Proven success as a Group Product Manager <\/b><\/span> , Strategy Lead <\/b><\/span> , or Consulting Leader <\/b><\/span> delivering complex client or platform initiatives.
    <\/span><\/li>
    
    
  • Strong technical intuition — comfortable discussing AI agent design, product architecture, or API workflows (coding background a plus, not required).
    <\/span><\/li>
    
    
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, high\-velocity environments <\/b><\/span> with a strong sense of ownership. <\/span>

  • Experience building or scaling early\-stage product teams <\/b><\/span> at a high\-growth startup.

  • Background in <\/span> Engineering, Computer Science, or Applied AI <\/b> . <\/span>

  • Hands\-on exposure to <\/span> AI, LLMs, automation <\/b> , or <\/span> agentic systems <\/b> . <\/span>

  • Track record of <\/span> building playbooks or org structures from 0→1<\/b> . <\/span>
