Global Securitization Analyst

Job Summary
The Analyst/Associate, US and Non-US Securitization will help drive the strategic initiatives, business evolution, and operational efficiency of the US and Non-US Asset Backed teams to deliver outstanding business results. You will do this by effectively partnering with the business and functional partners including Securitization Portfolio Management, Finance, Risk, Legal, IT, Communications and Marketing.What will you do?
- Ongoing lead for various strategic initiatives across the ABS business
- Develop and implement securitization optimization plans, including optimization across capital and other financial resources
- Develop expertise on the various asset classes and transactions financed by the Securitization business with a focus on accurate and consistent reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with managing and optimizing the asset-backed commercial paper conduits operated by RBC
- Conduct market and competitive analysis, including league table analysis, and other ad-hoc analytics
- Support implementation of ongoing Securitization governance development
- On an ad hoc basis, support regional teams with execution, marketing, and administrative workflows
- Implement and monitor ongoing business standards across Non-US Securitization regions
- Prepare financial analysis to interpret and present business results reports
- Produce and manage content for internal management meetings and external presentation sessions
- Assist with annual budgeting and planning process
- Act as a key point person between the Non-US Securitization business and functional partners
- Provide support for other senior management initiatives
What do you need to succeed?
- BS in Finance/Accounting or related fields
- 2-4 years of experience in a financial institution
- Must be advanced with Outlook, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point, Dealogic, Acrobat, etc.
- Knowledge of financial products preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Comfort and confidence interacting with Senior Leaders and management
- Extremely detail oriented and analytical
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Strong communication, written and interpersonal skills
- Team player
Must-have
- 2+ years of business experience in a financial institution

The expected salary range for this particular position is $110,000 - $155,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
