Job Description:
We are seeking painter helpers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with professional painters. Our projects include both interior and exterior painting for residential and commercial properties across Western New York.
Responsibilities:
- Surface preparation including filling cracks and holes with calk and putty, covering surfaces, etc.
- Set up and clean up.
- Painting.
- Following the direction of the senior painter.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. The ideal candidate will have their own vehicle.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional painting experience.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits:
- Compensation based experience; starting at $18/hr
- Travel reimbursement for projects that require a significant commute.
- Per diem and bonuses for out-of-town projects (out of town work is optional).
