The Team:
Enfusion's Product Management team is responsible for guiding the development of products and services that meet the needs of clients, sets the vision, strategy & execution of the business, as well as across internal departments and stakeholders.
The Role:
Enfusion is looking for a Compliance Product Manager to join our Product Management Team. You will be the subject matter expert for Regulatory and Compliance related concerns in the OMS, overseeing all Compliance, Limits and Controls deliverables. You'll construct a full plan and track risks, issues and milestones to ensure all aspects of the build are covered.
What You'll Do:
- Own the overall plan for all Compliance deliverables and dependencies to ensure they
- Update all stakeholders on status of the Compliance projects
- Manage and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery of deliverables
- Understand challenges in the industry related to Regulatory initiatives and be able to
- Understand the regulation and converse knowledgeably on all aspects internally and
- Work with marketing and sales to ensure our solution is positioned correctly to our
- Present the vision, value proposition, and development progress to senior
- Work collaboratively with other Product Managers to ensure a smooth integration
- Document detailed workflows, use cases and how our solutions solve for them
- Assist in responding to RFIs and RFPs specific to our software
- Present our solutions to clients, senior management and our sales team
- Train and ensure our sales team are equipped to sell our solutions
- Own the quality of the solution, by collaborating with our QA team to test the solution
What You'll Need:
- 8+ years experience working in a compliance, product management role within in
- Bachelors Degree Required
- Strong understanding of regulatory demands from the financial services industry
- Experience in Financial Technology Product Development
- Deep domain expertise of fixed income instruments including interest and credit
- Understanding of sales and trader workflows
- Highly motivated, consensus builder, collaborates well in a team
- Detail-oriented with solid analytic skills
- Ability to articulate functional architecture of a system
- Excellent presentation skills including written, graphic and verbal
- Ability to engage senior technology staff both internally & externally
- Ability to influence cross functional teams without formal authority
- Software development process (Agile methodology preferred)
- Product lifecycle including product launch, adoption and education
- Project management (status, risks, issues, dependencies)
The salary for this position is $175,000 - $225,000 + bonus + benefits.
- Note: This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings.
