Event Coordinator
The Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events at The Castle Fun Center. This role involves managing bookings, coordinating with clients, vendors, and staff, and ensuring that all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly to create a memorable experience for guests. Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Coordination: Work with clients to understand event requirements and expectations.
Plan event logistics, including timing, layout, and special accommodations.
Coordinate with vendors (catering, entertainment, decor, etc.) and staff to ensure a seamless event experience.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met before, during, and after the event.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding event details, changes, or concerns.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
Budget Management: Assist clients in staying within their event budgets.
Keep track of costs and manage invoicing for the services provided.
Team Management: Oversee event staff and assign tasks for the day of the event.
Ensure that staff are trained and briefed on their roles.
Monitor staff performance during the event to ensure smooth operations.
Event Setup and Breakdown: Supervise event setup and breakdown, ensuring the venue is prepared according to the client's specifications.
Ensure all equipment and materials are ready and in good working condition for the event.
Marketing & Promotion: Assist in promoting events through social media, online platforms, and local marketing efforts.
Ensure that the event is advertised appropriately to attract guests, if required.
Health & Safety: Ensure that safety protocols are followed during events, especially for large groups or children's activities.
Manage any risks or emergencies in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
Working Conditions:
Work may include evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on event schedules.
Physical activity may be required, including setting up or moving materials for events.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary: $ 30.00 40.00 Per Hour
