Appointment Generator
Job Summary
Ultimutt Dog Care is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Remote Appointment Generator to help grow our client base by connecting with potential customers, educating them about our dog care services, and scheduling appointments. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with pet owners, building relationships, and working independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through phone, email, and approved communication platforms.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about Ultimutt Dog Care services.
- Identify customer needs and determine the appropriate service options.
- Schedule qualified appointments for consultations and service bookings.
- Maintain accurate customer information and appointment records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and confirm scheduled appointments.
- Meet weekly appointment-setting and customer engagement goals.
- Provide a positive and professional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, professional, and confident phone presence.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM scheduling tools.
- Previous experience in appointment setting, customer service, sales, or pet-related industries is preferred but not required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with lead generation or outbound calling.
- Familiarity with scheduling software and customer management systems.
- Passion for animals and interest in pet care services.
- Strong organization and follow-up skills.
Remote Work Requirements
- Must have a dedicated workspace.
- Must be available during agreed business hours.
