Floor Manager
Noi Due Cafe, a high paced Italian restaurant on the Upper West side, is looking for an experienced floor manager to join our team. Pleases reply with resume. We are looking for an energetic and hands-on Floor Manager to oversee daily front-of-house service and ensure every guest receives outstanding hospitality.
Responsibilities
-Supervise dining room operations during service.
-Lead and support servers, bussers, hosts, bartenders, and runners.
-Ensure efficient, friendly, and professional service.
-Address guest requests and resolve concerns promptly.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room.
-Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely food service.
-Assist with opening and closing procedures.
-Help train and develop front-of-house team members.
-Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations.
Qualifications
4+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Compensation: $75k-$85k a year (based on experience)
