Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Facilitate the efficient functioning of an office through a range of administrative & clerical duties (such as answering phone calls, door, accept deliveries, etc…)
- Prepare letters, presentations and reports
- Assist with reconciliation of accounts/bills
- Assist with creation of Purchase Orders/Sales Orders
- Coordinate with clients/vendors on shipment tracking/deliveries
- Monitor and maintain office supplies/equipment inventory for internal & client use
- Perform work related errands as requested such as going to the post office, bank, picking up/dropping off packages
- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
- Keep office area clean and tidy
Computer Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Strong proficiency in creating Adobe Acrobat forms
- Knowledge and experience on ConnectWise Manage CRM a Plus
Key Competencies:
- Knowledge in computing/technology industry a plus
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently and proactively
- Has excellent attention to detail and executes responsibilities with a sense of urgency and follow-through
