Job Title: Medical/Surgical Telemetry RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Medical/Surgical Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required Preferred previous charge experience Experience with patient ratios of 7 License: Current nursing license required Certifications: ACLS BLS Must-Have: Charting system experience, specifically with Epic Experience in community hospital settings Description: Seeking a Medical/Surgical Telemetry RN for a night shift position. The role involves providing care for adult and geriatric patients. Daily census is approximately 21 patients. You will be responsible for monitoring telemetry patients. Patients may present with various medical and surgical diagnoses. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary support team. Key skills include BiPAP/CPAP management, blood product administration, and IV insulin protocols. This position requires effective management of multiple patient conditions. Nursing responsibilities involve starting and maintaining IVs, administering oxygen, and monitoring dysrhythmias. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. The position supports the mission to deliver high-quality patient care.
