Travel Pay Rate : (above 75 miles)

• Hourly:$32/hr W2 + $1,484/week (non - taxable stipend)
• Gross: $3,148/weekly

Job Summary:
A Registered Nurse (RN) in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) provides care to patients with moderate to high acuity who require close monitoring but not intensive care. They assess patient conditions, manage treatments, and support recovery in a step-down critical care setting.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients’ vital signs and cardiac rhythms
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and drips
• Provide care for post-operative and medically complex patients
• Assess patient conditions and respond to changes promptly
• Manage telemetry and continuous monitoring equipment
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on care and recovery
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license of NY .
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required.
• Minimum 1 years of experience Telemetry and Stepdown-level care
• EPIC (required)
