- Join a well-established hospitalist group
- PRN position
- Dayshift only
- Academic position: supervise IM residents
- Closed ICU
- Procedures not required, but having an understanding of them is beneficial in teaching environment
- Codes are handled by fellows, but candidates must be comfortable if needed in house
