Real Estate Sales Associate (Entry Level)

Responsibilities

• Be part of the most exciting real estate team and grow your network.
• Post engaging content on social media and build personal branding.
• Work with qualified clients from Ehomie App and our marketing team.
• Tailor the rental and buying solutions based on individual customer needs.
• Show apartments and houses and oversee the transactions for a smooth customer experience.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with owners and properties.
• Fully utilize our free tech supports, such as CRM system, and exclusive listings, to escalate sales opportunities.
• You will be supported by your mentor and our dedicated teams every step of the way. And you can always start building and leading your own team.

Qualifications

• Bachelors' degree, fresh graduates or no experience welcome.
• Real estate license holder or in the process of earning it.
• Excellent communication skills, energetic team player.
• Knowledge of local neighborhoods or strong interest in real estate.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit.

Supervisor: Marketing Manager

Training Outlines: Company-wide orientation. Two-week online courses for basic introduction. In-person and Zoom training meetings every week for CRM, social media and branding promotion, communication skills, Ehomie App and real estate market. Weekly team meetings for progress reviews.

Assessment: This position will be evaluated by the online traffic attracted by the marketing efforts. For example, the volume of social media interaction for new postings, the weekly increase in new App users, and the total number of attendees for a live Q&A session.
