We’re looking for a Lead Project Manager to join the Brand Operations team to drive creative automation, content scalability, and operational innovation. You’ll help us build smarter processes, implement forward-thinking tools, and support scalable creative solutions that meet the needs of a growing global brand.

This is a full-time position reporting to the Director, Brand Operations In addition to salary, you will also be eligible for an equity package, an annual performance bonus, and our competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Etsy.

This role requires your presence in Etsy’s Brooklyn Office once or twice per week depending on your proximity to the office. What does the day-to-day look like?

• Scale Creative Production - Lead initiatives that make content creation more efficient, repeatable, and scalable-without sacrificing quality. Develop and implement templating systems for static and dynamic content. Source and manage vendor partnerships to support creative automation and personalization. Identify opportunities to personalize content at scale and help teams implement effective solutions

• Drive Tooling and Automation - Evaluate and integrate creative tools that support design, production, and content versioning. Automate repetitive or manual processes that slow down creative workflows. Partner across teams to implement tools that are both technically sound and team-friendly. Explore and test emerging technologies—including generative AI, content automation, and asset management platforms

• Champion Innovation and Experimentation - Lead experimentation with new platforms and tools that support scalable creative operations. Create playbooks and frameworks that teams can adopt and adapt. Encourage a culture of testing, learning, and iteration across creative operations. Work closely with stakeholders to turn pilot programs into standard processes

Qualities that will help you thrive in this role are: ​

• 10+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, or marketing production

• Strong background in scaling creative content production and implementing automation strategies

• Experience with vendor sourcing, integration, and relationship management

• Knowledge of content personalization, templating systems, and scalable design solutions

• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Airtable, Asana, and emerging creative tech

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and creative partners

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and bring structure to complex challenges

• A passion for helping teams do their best work through better systems and tools
