About the Role

• We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to work in the COO Office of a large international Corporate and Investment Bank. The successful candidate will play a key role in the transformation of the Banking Division’s CRM platform. This role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop manual test plans and test cases to evaluate product quality
• Review functional and regression testing as needed
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in conjunction with Business Stakeholders
• Collaborate with IT, Project Managers, and Business Stakeholders to fully understand requirements and specifications for testability
• Analyze test results and prepare detailed test reports, including documentation and analysis of issues found in testing
• Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Track and manage defects using Jira
• Contribute to regular project meetings, providing feedback on testing timelines and priorities
• Ensure strict adherence to established QA standards and methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Investment Bank experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience performing Quality Assurance work
• Superior oral & written communication skills
• Ability to plan, organize and handle multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Time management skills and ability to deliver results against strict deadlines
• Strong drive, initiative, and motivation to excel
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce
• Strong knowledge of advanced Excel and SQL
• Experience supporting change management initiatives
