Overview
Full time position. Salary range $200,000 to $250,000
As a Senior Technical Project Lead, you will not only manage but architect the outcomes of high-impact client projects. In this pivotal role, you will lead cross-functional teams through the entire project lifecycle—from concept to closeout—while serving as a trusted advisor in data center architecture, network infrastructure, and structured cabling.
Required Skills
- 15+ years of technical project leadership experience in data center services.
- Strong understanding of service engagement processes, including third-party subcontractor management and pricing.
- Proven ability to learn new technologies and communicate solutions effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent management skills, with a strong focus on project communications and client relations.
- Deep technical knowledge in networking with an ability to handle complex project requirements.
- Strong time management, multitasking skills, and the capability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Nice to Have Skills
- BICSI Certification.
- OSHA-30 Certification.
- Relevant Panduit Certifications.
- Cisco CCNA/CCNP and other related certifications.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record leading mission-critical initiatives with cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.
Other Requirements
- Ability to travel up to 80% based on project and client requirements, including potential international travel (active passport required).
- Must be based in the United States and available for evening hours and weekends.
- Commitment to ongoing security training and compliance with company policies.
