Dispatcher (Part-Time) – Castro & Sons LLC
Castro & Sons LLC is looking for a reliable and experienced Dispatcher to join our growing team. We are seeking a motivated professional with strong communication, leadership, and technology skills who can help manage daily operations efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch drivers/routes efficiently
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and team members professionally
- Monitor schedules and adjust routes when needed
- Use routing and dispatch software effectively
- Handle incoming calls and operational support
- Assist in managing and supporting dispatch operations
Requirements
- Bilingual: English & Spanish required
- Previous dispatching experience preferred
- Strong call center experience will also be considered
- Managerial or leadership experience required
- Strong knowledge of routing software and technology systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Position Details
- Part-time position
- Starting pay: $18–$20 per hour (depending on experience)
- Opportunity for growth into a full-time position
