4 Days/Week | $62–$70/hour | March 1, 2026 Start (Earlier Considered)

Appletree Cove Dental is excited to welcome a new Dental Hygienist to our close-knit team as one of our long-time, much-loved hygienists prepares for a well-earned retirement (and fewer alarm clocks). This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established, single-doctor private practice in a beautiful neighborhood just minutes from the Kingston ferry terminal.

About Our Practice

We’re a patient-centered, relationship-driven practice with a loyal patient base and an energetic, supportive team. We believe great dentistry happens when hygienists are trusted, supported, and given the tools and time they need — not rushed from room to room.

We’re looking for a reliable, friendly, and team-oriented hygienist seeking a long-term, stable position starting March 1, 2026 (and yes, we’d consider an earlier start for the right person).

Schedule & Clinical Support (Because This Matters):

• 4 days per week (32 hours/week)
• 1-hour prophy appointments (no stopwatch required)
• 1 hour per quadrant for SRP
• Dedicated dental assistant for room turnover, perio charting, and support
• Schedules that make sense and respect your time
• New cavitron and freedom to order the instruments you prefer
• Digital Everything- Scanner, IO camera, x-rays, charting
• Laser Therapy- Training provided

Compensation & Benefits (The Good Stuff):

• Pay: $62.00–$70.00 per hour (based on experience)

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Registered Dental Hygienist (Washington State license required)
• Excellent patient care and customer service skills
• Positive, professional attitude with a sense of humor (we laugh here)
• Team-oriented and committed to quality care
