JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a dependable and technically proficient Laborer to support the application of polymer mastic across diverse substrate surfaces. The preferred candidate will possess foundational expertise in polymer mastic properties, surface preparation protocols, and adherence to safety standards. This position demands physical endurance, meticulous attention to application quality, and effective collaboration within a team environment to ensure timely project completion.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards
• Assist crew members with construction work as required
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming
• Mix and handle polymer mastic materials in accordance with manufacturer instructions
• Apply mastic using tools such as trowels, spatulas, or spray equipment
• Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish of applied materials
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently
• Perform site clean-up
• Other duties as assigned
• Must always comply with proper safety standards/procedures and work practices while operating equipment according to Pramira’s safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 18 years old, have a valid driver license with clean driving record & health card
• Self-motivated with ability to following oral and written instructions
• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively and cooperatively with coworkers
• Must have the ability to exert heavy physical effort, lift heavy physical objects, kneel, crouch, balance, climb or crawl
• Basic knowledge of polymer mastic properties and application techniques
• Surface preparation and priming skills
• Ability to lift, bend, and perform physically demanding tasks
• Attention to detail and quality control
• Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE usage
• Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines
• Must pass a Drug Test & Background Check
