Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the lifecycle of calendarized color cosmetic projects from pre-formula approval through to final release.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Third-Party Manufacturers (TPMs), gathering technical documentation and driving compliance actions.
• Facilitate communication between R&D, Regulatory, Safety, and Marketing teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule.
• Maintain rigorous documentation standards in alignment with Global Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and R&D procedures to uphold data integrity.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field
• 1–2 years of professional experience in Project Management, Formulation, Regulatory Affairs, or R&D Operations.
• Foundational knowledge of cosmetic chemistry or drug regulatory requirements.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay Rate: $25.00/hour.
• 32 hours per week (Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM). Hybrid 3 days onsite.
