Recruiter

SGA Lists and SGA H Care Staffing are seeking recruiters to join our teams. This is a Monday through Friday primarily position supporting a fast paced results driven team.

We need energetics professionals that is well organized, has exceptional multi-tasking skills and is looking for a dynamic place to enrich their career.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Human Resources/Recruiting experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Collaborative drive for success.
• Self-motivated.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Human Resources, etc) preferred.
• Previous hospitality recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and source hourly and salary candidates for a variety of clients across the United States.
• Search for candidates through referrals, and online tools.
• Cold calling.
• Travel up to 25% ( may require visiting local venues and client sites).
• Develop relationships with candidates as well as 3rd part recruiting sources, colleges, etc.
• Coordinate background checks evaluate references.
• Maintain candidate database and other related files.
• Full-cycle recruiting including Job Offer.
• Use the current applicant management system to ensure candidates are tracked through the screening process to the assessment stage, and that all candidates receive timely feedback.
• Complete all assigned reports and keep all records and files accurate and up-to-date.
• Participate in any auditing or additional administrative duties as needed.
