Compensation:
Pay Range: $38.00-$40.00 Per HR

Summary:
- This position requires a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide care in a modern assisted living facility in Rockland County, NY.
- The role is contract-to-hire, with shifts on Sundays and Mondays.
- Candidates should be prepared to use electronic medical records systems and work independently while coordinating with on-site medical staff.
Requirements:
- Active New York State LPN license
- BLS certification
- Experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Willing to work at least one weekend day per week
- Experience with electronic medical records systems preferred
Qualifications:
- Licensed as a Practical Nurse in New York State
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Experience in a similar healthcare setting
