Youll play a crucial role supporting enterprise customers using next-generation AI tools built for software developers and engineering teams. What Youll Do

• Serve as the first line of technical response for customer issues involving deployment, performance, or product use.

• Diagnose, reproduce, and resolve issues using your knowledge of AI systems, distributed computing, and programming.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate, track, and close complex issues efficiently.

• Document insights, solutions, and recurring issues to improve internal knowledge and customer experience.

• Test new releases across multiple IDEs, languages, and environments; automate parts of QA and support workflows.

• Contribute to the design of scalable processes and support systems as the company continues to expand.

Who You Are

• 2+ years in a full-time technical or engineering role.

• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Go .

• Experience with distributed computing, containerization, and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Linux).

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment and eager to learn quickly.

• Passionate about AI, machine learning, and large language models hands-on experience is a plus.
