We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Lead – Financial Services to lead the marketing efforts for our financial services segment, comprising of our Funds services, Capital Markets services and Private Wealth and Family Offices services business.
We are looking for individuals in New York, USA & London, UK but we are open to candidates outside these areas as well.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the marketing strategy for TMF Group’s financial services globally.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns combining digital and traditional tactics.
- Manage and execute events, webinars, and sponsorships to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Drive impactful marketing initiatives, demonstrating creativity and resourcefulness.
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across business units and geographies.
- Analyse performance metrics and optimise campaigns using digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Lead and mentor a small team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the financial services or fund industry.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
- Empathetic leadership style with experience in people and project management.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a hybrid, international environment.
- Strategic problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complexity and drive results.
