Senior Recruiter
Kforce's client, a leading financial services organization based in Downtown Manhattan is seeking a Senior Recruiter (Recruiter III) to join its growing talent acquisition team for a hybrid role - 3 days onsite/2 days remote.. This is an excellent opportunity to partner closely with business leaders and play a key role in driving high-quality hiring across the organization. Position Overview: In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle-from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation-while delivering a best-in-class experience to both candidates and hiring managers. You'll collaborate with a team of recruiters, coordinators, and onboarding specialists to support ongoing hiring initiatives and occasional in-office events. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs and align recruiting strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates across a variety of roles
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including offer development and delivery
- Provide a high-touch, professional candidate experience
- Collaborate with internal recruiting teams and onboarding partners
- Support occasional hiring events and on-site initiatives
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within a corporate environment
- Prior experience recruiting in financial services, banking, fintech, or payments strongly preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office required
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms such as:
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (nice to have)
- Experience with Taleo, Workday, Eightfold, Bullhorn, SuccessFactors, or similar
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
