  • Serve as a key point of coordination between the CEO, senior leadership, and their executive assistants to facilitate smooth communication and execution.
  • Lead the coordination and preparation of executive-level, board-level, and organization-wide meeting materials, including presentations, briefing documents, and agendas.
  • Organize and support high-profile meetings, town halls, and events, including planning, logistics, and follow-up.
  • Briefing Material Preparation such as compiling digital dossiers for every meeting, including bios of attendees, recent company news, and relevant data points.
  • Drafting & Ghostwriting such as preparing first drafts of internal "Town Hall" memos, executive summaries, and high-level correspondence that mirrors the CEO’s tone.
  • Manage business operations on behalf of the CEO, including expenses, select procurement, and other administrative processes requiring senior-level discretion.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and information flow to maximize the CEO’s effectiveness.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and judgment.

You’ll Need To Have

  • 10+ years of executive administrative experience, with significant experience supporting a C-suite executive, ideally a CEO or equivalent senior leader.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a complex, global organization with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong attention to detail paired with the ability to think strategically and anticipate needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle shifting priorities in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • High degree of discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism.
  • Experience in media, technology, or a similarly dynamic industry is highly desirable.
  • Interest in media is essential.
  • Experience with, or the ability to quickly learn, Bloomberg Terminal basics.
