Remote Itinerary Planner
Overview
We are seeking a Remote Itinerary Planner to assist clients with researching, organizing, and coordinating travel experiences. In this role, you will work with individuals, couples, and families to design personalized travel plans that match their interests, schedules, and budgets.
The Itinerary Planner focuses on building clear, well-structured travel plans that help clients feel confident and prepared before departure. Responsibilities may include researching destinations, suggesting accommodations and activities, and organizing travel details into easy-to-follow itineraries.
This is a remote opportunity that offers flexible scheduling and access to training resources. It is well suited for individuals who enjoy travel, organization, and helping others plan memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Research destinations, accommodations, and activities based on client preferences
- Create organized travel itineraries including transportation, lodging, and experiences
- Communicate with clients to understand travel goals and timelines
- Coordinate reservations and confirm travel details when needed
- Maintain accurate records of client preferences and trip information
- Provide ongoing support throughout the travel planning process
- Stay informed on destination trends, travel updates, and supplier offerings
