We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Kingston, NY 12401 to provide and coordinate patient care in an ambulatory care setting. This role involves clinical assessments, care planning, and patient education in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide and coordinate patient care in an outpatient setting.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Perform telephone triage and patient education.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatment.
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams.

Requirements:

• AAS or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Active New York State RN license.
• BCLS, Infection Control, and Child Abuse certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Experience in ambulatory, Med-Surg, or ER preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
