About the Role

The Sr. Principal - Revenue Program Management (Tech Referral) is a strategic position focused on expanding the Kinetic Broadband referral program and driving effective project management initiatives. This role offers significant C-suite level exposure, requiring a dynamic leader who can collaborate across executive teams and deliver high-impact results in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the growth and optimization of the Kinetic Broadband referral program.

  • Oversee complex projects, ensuring milestones are met and objectives are achieved.

  • Engage with C-suite executives to align program strategies with organizational goals.

  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations using PowerPoint to communicate progress and outcomes.

  • Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.

  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and a "scrappy" approach to problem-solving and innovation.

Do You Have

  • Extensive experience in program or project management, preferably with exposure to referral programs.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially at the executive level.

  • Proven ability to work independently, drive initiatives, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

  • A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset with attention to detail.

  • College degree and 12+ years professional level experience with 4-6 years supervisory experience; or 16+ years professional level related experience with 4-6 years supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.

  • Ability to travel as needed.

Even Better

  • Previous sales experience (a plus but not required).

  • Background in the broadband, telecommunications, or related technology industries.

  • Track record of successfully scaling referral or incentive-based programs.
