Civil Litigation Paralegal
Our client near Newburgh is seeking a Civil Litigation Paralegal to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity.The Civil Litigation Paralegal must have:
» 2-3 years of practice as a Litigation Paralegal
»Familiarity with legal procedures, protocols and the court system
»Trust and Estate/Surrogate Court practice preferred
»Excellent organization and time management expertise
»Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
Civil Litigation Paralegal job tasks include:
»Supporting litigation attorneys in filing court petitions and responsive briefs
»Mailing and responding to documents as needed
»Keeping case files confidential and organized
»Maintaining calendar for multiple attorneys
Our client is seeking someone who can come in full time and make a great addition to their team. You must maintain the utmost level of professionalism and confidentiality in this function as it deals with highly sensitive information. Pay rate is $55,000-$60,000 per year. Candidates should be self-starters who are hard working and willing to learn.
