Development & Feasibility Manager
Company Description
Reporting to the EVP of Development for the Americas, the Development & Feasibility Manager will play a key role in driving the company’s business development and feasibility efforts across the region, working closely with the broader development team to oversee analyses, coordinate deal processes, and support the execution of our strategic growth objectives.

- Support deal negotiations by preparing analytical scenarios, reviewing commercial terms, and aligning internal stakeholders on management, franchise, or hybrid agreements.
- Assess new business opportunities across the Americas, conducting market research, financial analysis, and competitive reviews to support Ennismore’s lifestyle portfolio growth.
- Oversee and refine financial models and proforma analyses, ensuring accuracy, stress-testing assumptions, and guiding analysts on feasibility, investment cases, and valuations.
- Evaluate project viability by reviewing underwriting and synthesizing market, financial, and strategic insights to provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership
- Develop presentation materials, investment memoranda, and deal summaries, translating complex analysis into clear, compelling narratives for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate due diligence and internal review processes, collaborating across departments and regions to ensure smooth deal progression.
- Manage and optimize the regional development pipeline, tracking opportunities and driving progress on priority projects and ad hoc initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with owners, developers, investors, and brokers to strengthen Ennismore’s market presence and grow the pipeline.
- Represent Ennismore and the Development team at events, conferences, and partner meetings, reinforcing the brand’s identity, visibility, and value across the region.
- Provide market insights and strategic recommendations based on pipeline activity, regional performance, and lifestyle hospitality trends to guide long-term growth in the Americas.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for…
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, hospitality consulting, asset management, feasibility and/or investment analysis; hotel industry required
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities, including advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with underwriting, proforma development, and valuation method
- Strong in PowerPoint presentation and research capabilities
- Experience supporting or managing hotel development deals
- Experience working cross-functionally with legal, IT, HR, operations, finance, and brand teams.
- You work well under pressure, can juggle lots of demands & deadlines and are an expert at prioritizing
- You combine analytical and methodical thinking with strong attention to detail and a solution-focused approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You are an excellent relationship builder, confident in working with other teams and leaders; you’re passionate about what we can achieve together.
- You take ownership of important issues, solve problems, and make effective decisions.

The base salary for this role is $120,000.
