Required Education/Experience

Master's Degree and six years of work experience. or

Bachelor's Degree and eight years of work experience.
Relevant Work Experience
-
3-5 years Experience leading a team of direct reports; assessing development needs, coaching giving continuous feedback, or leading a business unit, is Required.

3-5 years Leadership experience with program, product, or process development, is Required.
-
Ability to navigate ambiguity, address work challenges, and manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines, making necessary decisions timely and with appropriate rigor, is Required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Required.

Strong business writing and oral communication skills, including persuasive communication, ability to present an organized and clear business case and recommendations, is Required.

Demonstrated ability to manipulate, organize, and present data clearly to various audiences, is Required.

Experience with energy efficiency or demand management programs or similar government/ agency housing programs, low-income programs, non-profit program management, is Preferred.

Experience with energy efficiency and/ or demand management, energy, utility, buildings data, and knowledge of industry best practices and data standards, is Preferred.

Experience in a data and analytics role or a role where developing reports and dashboards was a consistent and primary task, is Preferred.

Demonstrated success in process improvement and change management, is Preferred.

Proven leadership and people skills with the ability to drive results by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, is Preferred.

Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving skills; with excellent critical thinking, is Preferred.

Experience running queries and using data tools and analytics platforms to transform large or complex data into usable insights and information, is preferred.

Experience with research, data interpretation, and data visualization and manipulation tools, is preferred.

Familiarity with BI platforms like Power BI, Oracle BI, tableau, or similar, is Preferred.

Ability to translate business needs into data requirements, is Preferred.
