About the Role:
Join B&S AIRCRAFT ALLOYS as a Full Charge Bookkeeper, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our financial health. This position is perfect for detail-oriented professionals looking to thrive in a dynamic environment within the aerospace industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial records.
- Process payroll and manage employee expense reimbursements.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits.
- Implement and improve accounting procedures for efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-charge bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills.
- MUST be a self-starter.
