At least 1 year of professional restaurant experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with efficiency and composure in a fast-paced environment
Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude
Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to a flexible schedule (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
Knowledge of NYC health and safety protocols a plus
Interest in and familiarity with Asian and Korean cuisines and ingredients preferred
