Founding US-based Account Executive
Snapshot: $120K–$150K base · $240K–$300K OTE + equity · Remote (US East Coast) · Up to 50% travel · No visa sponsorship · 3–7 yrs enterprise SaaS
THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is a fast-growing, Series A AI company (~50 people, European HQ) whose video-based AI agents monitor, optimize, and automate industrial production. Growth is standout: ARR up 5x in the past year and net revenue retention above 380%. As the first US commercial hire, you'll build the North American GTM from scratch, working directly with the CEO on six- and seven-figure deals into manufacturing and industrial accounts.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Build, own, and scale a pipeline across manufacturing and industrial verticals. Grow six-figure deals into seven-figure, multi-site AI programs through expansion. Navigate complex enterprise buying cycles with executive and operational stakeholders. Partner with the CEO and product/engineering to shape US GTM and roadmap. Travel up to 50% for on-site prospect and customer engagement.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
First 90 days: learn the product and industrial buyer, build a US pipeline, and advance early deals. First year: land and expand the first multi-site programs and establish the repeatable US motion.
MUST-HAVES
3–7 years enterprise SaaS/software sales with consistent quota attainment; experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, IIoT, or automation environments; self-starter comfortable in early-stage, high-ownership settings; valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 50%.
NICE-TO-HAVES
Experience as a first/founding sales hire; computer-vision or video-analytics background; multi-site enterprise expansion experience.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$120K–$150K base (USD), $240K–$300K OTE, competitive equity.
LOCATION & WORK MODEL
Remote with an East Coast base; up to 50% travel across the US.
