Social Media Manager

- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, respond to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and cultivate an engaged community.
- Track and analyze key social media metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports on performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and to support their respective missions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and emerging trends to ensure our strategy remains innovative and effective.
