About the role:

You’ll play a key role in supporting education initiatives across ShopMy, helping both brands and creators succeed on the platform. From managing and updating our Learning Management System (LMS) to contributing to learning materials, case studies, and content strategies, you'll help ensure our users have the resources they need to get the most out of ShopMy.

Your Impact in the Role:

• Support the development of ShopMy’s LMS by drafting and uploading content, managing progress, and monitoring results within the LMS
• Assist in creating case studies by gathering performance data, tracking requests, and drafting brand success stories
• Draft blog posts and collaborate with other Marketing team members to integrate educational insights into newsletters and social content
• Keep brand and creator help guides up to date with articles, how-to videos, and feature updates
• Help manage cross-functional projects with Marketing and Design (e.g., deck requests, visual content for courses)
• Prepare webinar materials and assist in presenting or facilitating live educational sessions
• Contribute to overall user education strategy through data tracking, user feedback, and ongoing improvements

You Are Energized By:

• Working cross functionally – You’ll work closely with the Marketing, Design, Success, and Product teams.
• Creating educational content – You’ll help develop educational content and case studies, manage course setup in our LMS, support the blog and brand/creator guides, and collaborate on content strategy and execution.
• A passion for helping others understanding and succeeding on a platform.

What We Are Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, marketing, customer success, or another related field
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable content
• Proactive project manager who can juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
• Collaborative and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
• Comfortable speaking in front of a group or presenting material to an audience

Bonus Points:

• Experience using LMS platforms like Intellum or similar tools
• Familiarity with Notion, Articulate, Evolve, Figma, Loom, or other content and project management tools
• Background in influencer marketing, e-commerce, or educational content development

We note that salary information as a general guideline only, actual compensation may vary from posting based on the offer for this role, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work experience, key skills, education, training and business considerations.

New York Pay Range

$70,000—$83,000 USD

The provided salary range is base salary, exclusive of bonus potential or commission and is a good faith estimate of cash compensation. ShopMy is flexible pending candidate's experience and how our business needs evolve throughout the search. Every employee of ShopMy receives equity on top of cash compensation!
