Floor physical therapist

Resolve Physical Therapy is expanding and seeking a Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Florida, New York, to help strengthen and expand our pelvic health program.

Our established pelvic health team, led by Jaclyn McCullough, PT, has built a highly successful program at our Montgomery location and is now extending services to Florida, NY. Jaclyn currently treats in Florida part of the week and will provide collaboration and mentorship to enhance your clinical expertise.

This position offers the chance to grow a valuable specialty service while also treating a mix of orthopedic cases, supported by our strong referral network and experienced team. The Florida clinic draws patients from Warwick, Goshen, Monroe, and Northern New Jersey, offering a diverse and motivated caseload.

We treat patients one-on-one with 45–60 minute sessions and never double book.

We’re seeking someone with experience in pelvic health who’s eager to refine their skills, expand their orthopedic experience, and take ownership of program growth. Mentorship is available to enhance your skills and support your continued development.

We’re flexible with scheduling and can structure the role as part-time to start, with room to expand for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in New York State
• Experience in pelvic health required; mentorship provided for continued skill development
• Orthopedic experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable practicing independently
