Cardiology Physician
Nuclear Cardiologist $400K+ Full-Time Cedarhurst, NY
The Opportunity: Our client, a well-established and respected healthcare organization located in Cedarhurst, NY, is seeking a Board-Certified Nuclear Cardiologist to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and perform nuclear cardiology studies including myocardial perfusion imaging, MUGA scans, and PET imaging
- Evaluate and manage patients with known or suspected cardiovascular disease
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including internists, other cardiologists, and radiology staff to provide integrated care
- Participate in diagnostic and treatment planning for complex cardiovascular conditions
- Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and quality standards related to nuclear imaging
Qualifications:
- Board Certification in Cardiology and Nuclear Cardiology required
- Must hold an active, unrestricted New York State medical license
- Extensive knowledge of nuclear medicine protocols, imaging modalities, and cardiac stress testing
- Strong diagnostic, clinical, and interpersonal communication skills
- Commitment to evidence-based care and patient-centered treatment planning
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of $400,000+ (commensurate with experience)
