**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards within the premises.
+ Assist customers, employees, and/or visitors with directions or general inquiries as needed.
+ Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency personnel if required.
+ Document all activities, observations, and/or incidents according to Allied Universal procedures.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Must be at least 21 years of age.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ A guard card or license is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
