Residential Program Supervisor
Pay Rate : $27/hour based on individual skills and experience
Schedule : 10am-6pm Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Develop Staff -Supervise, train, and support Resident Assistants
- Foster a strong, accountable, mission-driven team culture
- Enforce policies and address resident concerns effectively
- Provide crisis intervention, advocacy, and housing transition support
- Help residents achieve stability and long-term housing goals
- Support reporting requirements and program outcomes
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and funding requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field
- 2–5 years’ experience in homelessness or human services
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data systems and reporting (HMIS a plus)
- Valid NYS Driver’s License and reliable transportation
