Administrative Assistant
PAY: $15.00 - $17.50/hr
Schedule Monday-Friday 8am - 5
SUMMARY: Provides comprehensive administrative and technical support to the Director of Facilities and Business Operations and for-profit business operations of the agency.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school or one-year related experience and/or training required; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scheduling & monitoring inspections & testing for compliance
- Managing updates to the Alternatives Industry website
- Maintaining supply inventory for production, assigned programs, and departments
- Preparing & monitoring sales orders, shippers, and invoices to facilities and production
- Tracking & reconciling technical sales reports
- Assisting in preparing & completing reports needed for board reports & QER reports
- Attend meetings and records meeting minutes
- Maintaining facilities software platforms for efficiency
- Maintaining filing for maintenance and business operations including document storage, agency inspection documents, and purging files for retention
