Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric clients in the comfort of their homes throughout Westchester County .

• Day Shifts
• Evening Shifts
• Overnight Shifts
• Weekend Shifts

Per diem positions available.

Qualifications

• Active New York State LPN license
• Current BLS Certification
• One year of recent pediatric nursing experience preferred in home care, hospital, or acute care (preferred)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Physical completed within the past 12 months
• Current PPD or QuantiFERON (within one year) or chest X-ray (within five years)
• Proof of MMR immunity (lab report)

Position Overview

As a Pediatric LPN with Affirmed Home Care, you will deliver individualized nursing care to children in a home setting. You'll work closely with families to provide compassionate, high-quality care while helping children remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.
